Free Shipping is done for all orders above Rs. 500. A total of Rs.100 will be charged per shipment if the total purchased products is less than Rs.500
All orders placed on or before 5:00 PM will be shipped on the same/next day.
Prepaid / Paid Orders are shipped through Express shipping method and will reach the customers as follows:

b.) within south India - within 2 - 3 business days delivery.
c.) other states of India - within 3 - 5 business days delivery.
d.) remote villages which are delivered by India Post within 7 working days.
Cash On Delivery Orders are shipped through Standard shipping method and will reach the customers as follows:
a.) within Tamilnadu - within 3 - 4 business days delivery.
b.) within south India - within 4 - 6 business days delivery.
c.) other states of India - within 5 - 7 business days delivery.
We have partnered with the most sophisticated courier services like DTDC and Delhivery, with shipment tracking facility. Once the product is shipped, the shipment tracking link will be sent to the customer through mail.
Customers can track their product online using the provided link. In case of any quires or issues in delivery, please contact our 24x7 customer service or mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your quires will be attended within 24hrs.
Address Change Requests:
Once an order is placed, you cannot make any changes in address. However, address change requests may be accommodated separately through email within 24 hours of placing the order. You can email us your request and the needful will be done.
Multiple Delivery Address Orders:
You can place separate orders in case of multiple delivery address.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct because courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect delivery address or where the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees.
In the event of a re-shipment/re-direct of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the re-shipment.
All products are packed in specified packaging as per the product type, weight and dimension keeping the safety in mind.
Billing Address and Shipping Address:
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If a shipment is lost in transit, we reprocess/reship the order.
