Base metal is copper mix alloy and plating color is antique matte finish reddish gold. Since this is antique finish there will be black patches here and there. This is Nickel free, and Lead free as per International Standards. Anti allergic and safe for beautiful skin. Real Gold Antique jewelry made using this process has to plated with mg of gold which is technically electroforming and not just regular gold plating. 

It is advisable to store jewelry in a zip lock pouch (Air tight pouches.), keep away from water perfume and other chemicals and clean it with dry and soft cloth.
